At Kept In Christ Klothing, we want every customer to be proud of the apparel they receive. Each piece is carefully created and inspected before it leaves our hands. 

Refunds & Exchanges

Customized & Personalized Items

Customized or personalized items are created specifically for you and are considered final sale. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or an error was made by Kept In Christ Klothing. 

Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted customization details including names, wording, sizing, colours, and other selections, before completing their order. 

Due to the nature of our apparel being made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference. 

We strongly encourage customers to review our sizing information before placing an order to ensure the best possible fit. 

Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not already begun. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled because each item is made specifically for you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is an issue with your item, please contact us at support@keptinchristklothing.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos showing the concern

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution. 

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, colour, or size due to an error on our behalf, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Care & Responsibility

To ensure the longevity of your Kept In Christ Klothing apparel, please follow the recommended care instructions provided with your order.

Items that have been washed, worn, altered, or damaged through improper care may not be eligible for replacement.
