At Kept In Christ Klothing, every piece is created with intention. Our apparel is made to order, allowing us to focus on quality, reduce unnecessary waste, and create each garment specifically for you. 

Processing Time

Because your order is made specifically for you, please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. 

During product launches, limited releases, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as each piece is carefully created. 

Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not already begun. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled because each item is made specifically for you.

Shipping Times

Once your order has completed our 5-10 business day processing and production period, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Any transit or delivery time displayed at checkout applies AFTER processing is complete. For example, if a shipping method displays "1 business day," this means approximately 1 business day in transit after your made to order item(s) have been completed and provided to the carrier.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, the shipping service selected, carrier delays, weather, customs, and other circumstances outside our control. 

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available. Please use your tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances outside of our control are not the responsibility of Kept In Christ Klothing.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before completing your purchase. Kept In Christ Klothing is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
